Keep it Simple :: White Romper + White Vest

Hi everyone.

What a week!! Been sick as a dog all week - lost my voice, stuffy nose and literally had to call in sick for work as I could not get myself out of bed!! The worst I have ever felt and just right after my birthday.... seriously!!

Could not get a post out all week as a result, but now that I am on the road to recovery, here is a great look you can trend for the rest of summer. 


Rompers are a hot favourite summer style to trend. Love this simple white romper from MANGO and decided to keep the look simple pairing white on white - another favourite colour trend for Summer.




Played on a monochromatic theme and pairing the all white outfit with black or black and white accessories. The geometric print on the clutch and the cage waist belt, helps to add texture and depth to the outfit.

Call it the Blues :: Blue floral dress + Peep Toe Booties

Happy Saturday !!

Am sure many of you are already off on your summer holidays or busy packing and preparing for a nice summer vacation. Likewise, I can't wait to head off to sunny Florida for a quick recharge and to visit family - which is always the best! Therefore getting this post out quickly as I know it'll be a couple of days before I can settle down to update you during my trip.



I was recently asked by one of my followers if I shop all the time for new items to blog on. Well, most certainly shopping is something I have always loved, but seriously many of my outfits that I post are really affordable items bought from local stores and of course I get the most pleasure out of mix and matching and recycling what I already have from my current wardrobe. Of course, some of my posts are featured of which items have been sponsored by certain online stores but generally I want to share with my readers my inspirations on working with existing items to create different outfits.


To be able to breathe new life to existing items or even past season items gives me so much joy and satisfaction. Trends always come and go and why keep spending on similar items when you can play around with perhaps new accessories, shoes and bags to create a different look!



Of course, trick of the trade, you need to invest in some classic pieces which always adds that silent glamour to your outfits. For me personally, those investments would be on shoes, bags and jewelry. Rarely do I invest in high end designer outfits as I do love new clothing all the time, and if that was the case, I would be broke!!
