A quick hello and here's a look taken a while back trending the classic white shirt and jeans.
I bet all of you would have that basic white shirt in your wardrobe. So this is a look to inspire you to play with accessories on old basic items you have in your wardrobe and breathe new life into them. Accessories do play such a large part in creating different looks for a same item.
I paired the shirt this time with the bold lips red necklace to give some colour to the outfit. Otherwise keeping all other accessories to a neutral tone for that quiet elegant touch.
Have fun trending your basics this Fall and stay tuned for updates on my shopping trip with Romwe.com.
Hope this week has been a fruitful, productive and more importantly a happy and cheerful week for you. Been wrecking my brains for some topics I could work on for my next video - so please comment below and give me your suggestions on what you would like to see in my upcoming videos. Realised many topics obviously has been covered before by other fashion bloggers but always best to learn from my readers and followers what they would like to see from my videos and my blog.
This summer look I have recently put together is perfect for a weekend brunch, sunday outing, or to go shopping with the girls in. Love, love, love this skirt which is recycled from my wardrobe 2 years back.
For Summer 2015, midi length skirts are the way to go as it's a nice cover up for those of us a little more conscious of exposing our thighs and lets be honest, how many of us are truly confident of the shape of our legs? I bet many of you would have something to gripe about your legs be it the shape, knees, calves or thighs. So this style works best for us, regular women out there, without model like long slim legs to trend mini skirts for Summer.
Loving this sky blue hue for summer and paired the look with a simple white shirt which was highlighted in my recent " White Pairings" video on Youtube. The matching studded bag and shoes was an ideal accessory to add a tinge of depth to this simple outfit.
Kept my accessories simple and to the gold hue with a layered necklace, simple stud earrings and a gold bow belt. Less is more I guess.
Here are some styles of Midi Skirts which you can look at trending for this Summer 2015.

It's been a good Easter break and managed to get lots of stuff sorted out - throwing out and giving away old clothes and items I rarely use in the closet. Packing away all winter stuff as the weather starts to warm up here in Hong Kong and more so, clearing junk I have put aside thinking I will need or use them someday but obviously that doesn't happen. So clearing these items helps me clear my mind at the same time.
Do you ever feel that way too? Somehow when your life is cluttered with things, your head seems cluttered as well. Once that is reorganised, so is your life ( ...in general that is).
Put together this look as part of my "Pairings" video recently released, and realised that often many of my readers would love to have more closer viewings of these look, since usually in a video, it is so time restrictive and sometimes not in HD as I would like it to be. Therefore am also blogging on these same looks for you to have a better feel of the items.
This is a great look for work, where conservative as it may seem with the hemline and button up collar, but funky with the bold accessories of the large bow-tie and the jumbo bag. Continuing that gold and black metallic touch with a statement belt, this ties in the look together with or without a blazer thrown over.
Keeping the accessories simple and few, to allow them to individually stand out and " make" this outfit.
Stay tuned for the next post of trending a fringe skirt for Summer. Till then, take care!!

Whilst I believe many of you are perhaps on a long weekend break at some resort or holiday destination, I on the other hand am enjoying the extra time away from school runs and work to put together another one of my " pairings" video for this Easter Weekend break.
An item that I believe everyone of you would likely have stashed away in your closet coupled with the whole idea of recycling your wardrobe and working with new inspirations in terms of styling, I decided to work with the Classic Basic White Shirt for this video.
I hope you enjoy the pairing ideas and do share with me in the comments below which is your favourite? And why?
