Fashion Week's SS 2018 Must Have Dress Style :: Timeless Stripes

Stripes and Cami dresses are SS 2018's trends to look out for.

What better way then to combine these two trends in this  maxi dress especially for comfort and style as the humidity rises before we hit Summer.

A touch of colour to any outfit is a nice addition, and so I paired this look with beautiful bold orange sunglasses and matching tassel earrings.
Naturally a nice straw hat to keep out the sun and slippers in.... yes.... stripes!

You can shop this lovely look put together from Zaful.com

Go With The Flow

It has been so hot and humid lately with showers daily every afternoon here in the tropics and whilst we had a recent cold spate where for the first time, saw many in jumpers on the streets, it's back to spaghetti and sleeveless tops and shorts for most of us.

To be honest I am not a fan of double tiering outfits. And initially had thought the inner piece to be a pair of shorts instead of a mini skirt, however I love the cut and the flow of this dress. Added a wide belt to cinch in the waist and kept all accessories to the minimum since the stripes were pretty busy on its own.

You can shop this look now on Zaful.com. What's more for Valentine's Day, they are offering great discounts of 20% - 40% now on their shopping site.

French Connection :: Pink Beret + Sneakers

Bonjour everyone !!

I am presuming this cold front would be lasting for just about another week or so and then finally we can feel the nice Spring, sun-shiny weather here in Hong Kong. So can I be so bold to say - this would probably be the last of thicker winter clothing post for now.

If you haven't guessed yet - grey and white stripes seems to be another fav combination for me besides Olive, Burgundy and Pink & Grey outfits.

Found this cute pink beret on sale @ H&M and found it fun to trend it with sneakers which I hardly style in my blog posts - though often running around in them all week.

I intentionally tilted the leather pouch to the side a little so you can see the beauty of this Fendi Dotcom bag with it's leather weaving on the front of the bag. This time I styled this look with the pouch out at the front instead of tucked away in the bag. A roomy bag to take on trips where lots can be carried in it and yet for evenings, I can remove the leather pouch as a clutch bag for the evenings.

Feeling pretty Parisian in this outfit, I sit and watch the world go by in my light pink beret.

As I gaze through the window to the world, I wonder what is in store for me.... I feel my life is changing and with news to tell shortly - I will keep you in suspense for now.

Let's run away together in these funky sneakers and go where the wind will take us.... Comme la vie l'aurait!!

White & Sultry :: Midi Stripe Dress + Long Woollen Coat

Happy weekend everyone!

Another great find during a sale. Found this midi ribbed spaghetti strap dress which was suppose to be an addition to my summer outfits waiting for the sun to shine to get pulled out of the closet. But I could wait no longer. So styled this for the first time in a very different setting.

Feeling a little sultry with this look ( for some funny reason), and wanting to create a different feel to my pictures, I went for a pretty monochromatic colour theme to this post and playing with poses I had never done before.

Cut Me Out!

Happy Tuesday. Can't believe it's already the end of May and we are midway through the year. How quickly time does fly!

My love for off shoulder tops has taken a twist this week, with peep hole shoulder tops instead. This style of top is easier to trend and perhaps more conservative for those afraid to bare it all ( so to speak!).

This top is actually a skater dress from Zara however I thought it fun to play around with mix and matching and paired it with this lovely full volume skirt for a lovely summer outfit.

Add colour to this whole outfit with your accessories. In this case, I wanted to play with patterns given that the top was striped, so I worked with snakeskin patterns in my bag and sandals.

Hope you enjoyed this look! Working on editing another video coming your way soon.
